What are the risks of a broken heating system in the winter?
If you have any suspicions or concerns regarding your home’s heating system as winter approaches, do not wait to have it inspected by a professional. A broken heater can lead to much more severe and expensive damage.
If you notice your electric furnace isn’t functioning as it should, it may be time to seek electric furnace repair services to diagnose and fix the issue.
Frozen Pipes
As temperatures drop, ice accumulates. Water pipes can freeze and potentially burst if there’s enough pressure built up. This can also lead to hydronic systems like hot water heaters and steam radiators to fail as water stops flowing to them. These scenarios are far more expensive than electric furnace repair and inspection services.
Uneven Air Flow & Temperature
Faulty electric heating systems can lead to uneven airflow, causing some rooms to be much colder than others. This can be caused by a variety of issues, so it’s best to have a professional inspect your house and recommend the best solution. Trawiki’s skilled electric furnace repair technicians can troubleshoot a wide range of issues – and if we can’t fix it for you, we’ll recommend someone who can.
